What Is StoryFest 2020?

StoryFest 2020 is a year-long celebration showcasing live events that feature tales and taletellers from all corners of the province, from St. John's Storytelling Festival to the Bites of Basque History in Red Bay, Labrador. This place was founded on stories: from the first people who inhabited this land, to the Vikings, to explorers in search of a new world even the cab driver that picks you up at the airport, they all have a tale to tell.

So whether it's tales, tunes, or modern dance there's something for everyone here. StoryFest keeps you up to date as to where and when some of those tales are being told, so that in 2020 you can come and be a part of the story of Newfoundland and Labrador.
